I scaled a company on EOS before I ever taught it.
As a father of three, I was running a business that was running me. We had talented people but no shared direction — constantly firefighting, lacking structure, and working hard without really moving forward.
Discovering EOS® changed everything. Not as a theory — as a lifeline. It gave me the framework to align my team, clarify our vision, and build the kind of discipline that actually sticks. We went from scattered to focused, and scaled to delivering projects across North America.
But the biggest shift wasn't the business. It was how I lead. EOS® taught me to see the whole picture — how the pieces fit, where to focus, and how to build a team that doesn't need me for every answer
Now as a Certified EOS® Implementer,
I guide other entrepreneurs through the same shift.
